folded into finely crushed meringue pieces

THIN FRENCH STYLE PANCAKE
served with hot lemon sauce and vanilla ice

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
made with dark chocolate and British free range organic eggs

cooked at your table in brandy, orange, grand marnier
caramelised sugar and butter

MOSCATEL VALENCIA
a glass of lusciously sweet with, overtones of sultanas and lemon peel
 dessert wine, instead of pudding or with your pudding
